This document forms a legally binding agreement between you (Client) and BuildForPresence. The initial 30% token payment is mandatory to commence any work and protects both parties from scope creep and project abandonment.
The initial 50% token safeguards against scope changes, client abandonment, and ensures serious commitment. This industry standard protects both parties.
Once design is approved, major scope changes restart the project timeline and may incur additional charges. Minor tweaks are accommodated.
All project decisions must be documented via email. Verbal approvals are not binding. One main point of contact from client side is mandatory.

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Jurisdiction: Mumbai courts
We reserve right to refuse service without explanation
Force majeure events may delay project timelines without liability
Monthly maintenance contracts available post-launch
